The Friends group was founded in 1988 to support, promote and raise funds for The Higgins Bedford, an outstanding small museum which displays an exceptional range of works of art and artefacts and holds exhibitions of regional and national significance.

The Friends organise a range of events including a fantastic annual lecture programme, summer outings to rarely-seen houses and gardens, and Christmas and summer parties. Click here to find out what's on.
